Go to the Extension Manager and load the .zip file (mod_content_grid.zip) and press the Install button.
Now, you have the Content Grid extension installed in your Joomla site.

Basic Options |

| Set the default block | Choose one of the five available blocks as default pressed when your site is loaded (this emans that the block that you choose will appears like pressed by default). |
| Intro Text | Set the number of chars to display of each article. |
| Read more | Set the read more alternative text, read more cut ( like: ... ), enable this link or not; if you need add the read more CSS class ( usually like: readon ). |
| Size | Set the size of many features for this module. *Please check if the size requires "px" or not. Also, set the background position and the block that contains the head image size for the blocks. |
| Backgrounds | Choose the preconfigured background colors for each row, or if you want choose "custom" and set your own background color or image with CSS syntax ( like: url(path/to/image.png) no-repeat top center ) |
Content 1 ( ...2,3,4,5 ) |

| For each block ( 1 to 5 ) set the features that you want to display, like source category, number of articles to display, filter the articles, ordering and enable or disable this block. This is the same process for all the blocks. | |
